The public site is accessible without account. Pro features require authentication.

Listings and content

Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, images, prices, opening hours, contact information, and all practical information published on the platform.

Bookings

Booking requests are available for PRO listings. Professionals are responsible for handling and confirming requests.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through the payment methods enabled on the platform. For paid listings, publication may require prior admin validation followed by payment finalization from the Pro account. Plan changes and renewals follow the rules displayed in the Pro account.

Moderation and validation

Listings and uploaded images may be validated, flagged, restricted, or rejected to ensure quality, legality, and compliance with the platform rules. Hammam.world may request corrections, issue warnings, suspend a listing, or remove content that violates the rules.

Images and moderation tools

Uploaded images may be analyzed by automated moderation tools and reviewed by the admin team. Sensitive, misleading, explicit, or otherwise prohibited content may be blocked or removed without prior publication.

Stats, favorites and notifications

The platform may collect listing usage metrics such as views and clicks to improve visibility reporting in the Pro account. Visitor favorites may be stored locally in the browser. Hammam.world may also send operational notifications related to moderation, support, bookings, and payments.

Liability

Hammam.world acts as a directory and is not responsible for services delivered by listed businesses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, unpaid required plans, repeated moderation issues, fraudulent behavior, or breach of these terms.
